2. Return Conditions

Items must be:

a. Unused and in original condition

b. Returned with original packaging and accessories

c. Accompanied by proof of purchase

d. Customers must provide photo or video evidence for verification.

3. Non-Returnable Items

a. Used or damaged items not caused by seller

b. Items without original packaging

c. Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

d. Any items stated as non-returnable

4. Refund Process

Refund will be processed within 5–10 working days after approval.

Refund methods:

a. Original payment method, or

b. Store credit (if applicable)

5. Shipping Costs

Seller bears shipping cost if:

a. Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Customer bears shipping cost if:

a. Change of mind or wrong order

6. Order Cancellation

Before shipment: Full refund allowed

After shipment: Must follow return process

7. Dispute Resolution

a. Platform administrator will review disputes

b. Decision will be based on evidence provided

c. Final decision by platform is binding

8. Vendor Responsibility

a. Ensure product quality and accuracy

b. Respond to return/refund requests within 2–3 working days

c. Cooperate with the platform during investigations
